    Robert Half Office Team (Whitmore Lake, MI)


    Description Seeking an Office Assistant in the Whitmore Lake, MI area. This role is fully onsite and designed to provide part time front desk coverage.

     

    Hours are M-F 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with a half hour lunch, unless set schedule agreed otherwise. Pay up to $18/hr.

    Description:

    A Receptionist/Office Assistant position is available for a busy, fast paced office.

    Must have knowledge/skills in some of the following areas:

    • Answering Phone and directing calls - please phone manners a must

    • Microsoft office, including EXCEL

    • Spreadsheets

    • Data entry and Number calculations

    • Number calculations

    • Clerical work on QuickBooks (experience not necessary but welcome)

    • Filing

    • Ordering lunch

    • Making copies

    • Making phone payments to suppliers

    Skills Preferred:

    • Dependable

    • Detail-oriented

    • Adaptable

    • Answer multi-line telephone

    • Able to multitask

    • Work well with others

    • A self-starter

    • Trustworthy Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including spreadsheets and word processing.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle numerical data accurately.

    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Dependable and trustworthy, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality.

    • Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.

    • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
