Northern Light Sebasticook Valley Hospital is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or physician assistant in beautiful Central Maine! Northern Light Sebasticook Valley Hospital is seeking a motivated, experienced family nurse practitioner or physician assistant to support our primary care practices in the Central Maine area. This excellent opportunity is a full-time, Monday-Friday hybrid position (4 days remote/1 day office) to collaborate with the rest of the Family Medicine team by supporting the panels of the entire practice. This would be done as a combination of direct patient care, transitions of care, annual wellness, high-need and telephonic visits. The right clinician will be a vital resource for in the continuity of care for patients, by covering other provider’s desktops and panels when they are out of the office.
