Basic Job Functions:

+ Show urgency in addressing the needs of the production and support departments within the division

+ Perform preventative and proactive maintenance on facility and facility equipment

+ Help drive continuous improvements in the business

+ Operating powered tools, industrial powered equipment, and other maintenance equipment.

+ Effectively communicating with upstream and downstream Team Members to address safety, quality and efficiency issues/concerns

Minimum Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Industrial maintenance experience, to include welding, overhead crane operation, inspection and repair

+ CNC programming, diagnoses and repair. Specifically related to Hurco mills.

+ CAD experience including the ability to create drawings based on reverse engineering of a component.

+ Knowledgeable in diagnoses and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic energy systems, electric motors and circuits.

+ Experience with roll-form tooling and assembly.

+ Experience with stamping dies.
