Job Overview
Supporting the Hubbell Electrical Solutions (HES) Pricing COE, the Business Process Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving functional pricing excellence and unlocking efficiency gains through process and technology improvements.
As a change leader, the Business Process Analyst will proactively evaluate, develop, and implement new quote & price management related processes and tools, fostering a culture of innovation, adaptability, and standardization across the quoting and pricing function.
Critical to success in this role will be leveraging existing organizational tools to drive process improvements and pricing efficiencies, including the full suite of MS O365 products and core SAP functionality. Recognizing and communicating when existing tooling doesn’t meet requirements is paramount and could initiate exploration into toolsets that do.
Additional core responsibilities include providing centralized support for large-scale price adjustments and other organizational strategic initiatives that affect the quote and pricing functions.
A Day In The Life
• Spearhead initiatives to streamline and enhance the efficiency of quoting and pricing processes, resulting in reductions to quote processing time and increased pricing accuracy.
• Build strong partnerships with pricing COE leaders and their teams to understand current state processes, capabilities, and existing gaps. Drive alignment on activity prioritization.
• Drive alignment with the IT organization, building project requirements and supporting the development, testing, and deployment of changes to application spaces, primarily SAP.
• Become an expert on the data ecosystem at Hubbell and build a core capability around data interpretation across functional areas that impact the pricing COE.
• Own the maintenance and mass update processes for large scale price changes across HES business units, including quotes and into stock price updates, while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining data integrity.
• Develop and lead training programs for team members on the use of SAP and other pricing tools, ensuring that the team is proficient and can leverage new technologies to improve quoting accuracy and operational efficiency.

What will help you thrive in this role?
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or another analytically rigorous field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment focused on business process & analytics initiatives and support.
• High proficiency with MS Excel, including advanced formulas, VBA, and Power Query.
• Experience with SAP is required, specific experience with SAP Sales & Distribution module preferred.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence and drive cross-functional alignment.
