**Location:** Springdale, AR 72762
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
**Pay Rate:** $ 16.93/hour
**Assignment Type:** Temporary (with potential for permanent hire)
**Education Required:** High School Diploma or GED
**Dress Code:** Steel toe shoes required
About the Role
We are looking for a dependable **Vehicle Operator** to join a global climate and energy solutions company. This hands-on role involves operating industrial trucks or machinery to move materials around the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and safety. Ideal for someone with attention to detail and a strong team-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
+ Operate forklifts and other machinery to transport materials
+ Inspect product loads for accuracy
+ Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes
+ Ensure safe and timely delivery of materials to designated areas
+ Follow safety procedures and company protocols
+ Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or GED (required)
+ 0–2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience
+ Forklift operator license (may be required)
+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to work in a team and follow safety rules

**Pay Details:** $16.93 per hour
