Executive Administrator

System One is partnering with a construction/real estate development company in the OKC area for an Executive Administrator position. This role will be onsite Monday-Friday in OKC. This position will be around 30 hour of work per week with the opportunity to advance to 40 hours a week in the future. If you meet the following requirements, apply below today!
Responsibilities:
+ Answering phones calls and taking messages
+ Welcoming all visitors and interacting with them
+ Managing scheduling and appointments
+ Arranging meetings and other events, as well as travel arrangements
+ Managing mail/fax communications
+ Managing traditional paper and/or electronic filing systems
+ Assisting with accounts payable and other bookkeeping/clerical duties
+ Setting and managing the daily schedules and calendars of company Vice President
+ Preparing and/or editing documents, such as expense reports, memos and invoices
+ Order necessary office supplies
+ Managing corporate stock rooms and/or libraries
+ Reviewing incoming documents
Requirements:
+ 2+ years of experience supporting Executive level leadership
+ Accounting Payable experience
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
+ Able to work a part-time role
