Job Title: Engineering Extrusion Technician

Key Responsibilities

+ Apply technical expertise to resolve manufacturing and R&D tasks.

+ Perform set-up, testing, repair, inspection, and maintenance of extrusion equipment.

+ Troubleshoot and solve complex extrusion challenges, analyzing data for improvements.

+ Document processes in lab notebooks and develop or revise procedures.

+ Plan, organize, and prioritize daily tasks to meet cycle time requirements.

+ Communicate effectively across functional teams and external vendors.

What We’re Looking For

+ Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in medical extrusion.

+ 3+ years of engineering experience in the medical device industry.

+ Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and GMP standards.

+ Proficiency in extrusion processes, documentation, and compliance regulations.

+ Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
