    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a professional with experience in mechanical process piping and advanced plumbing systems, specifically within heavy industrial and institutional construction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing project schedules, cost control, procurement, and quality/safety standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and oversee project schedules, cost control, procurement, and quality/safety standards.

    + Handle detailed submittal processes effectively.

    + Solve problems related to mechanical and plumbing system installation and operation.

    + Utilize excellent computer skills to manage projects using Microsoft Suite and other project control software.

    Essential Skills

    + At least 5 years’ experience in heavy industrial and institutional construction.

    + Experience with self-perform mechanical contractors.

    + Proficiency in managing project controls (schedules, cost control, procurement, and quality/safety).

    + Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with mechanical and plumbing systems.

    + Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Suite and project control software.

    + 4-year degree in an Engineering discipline or Construction Management, with a preference for Mechanical Engineering.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

    + Experience with healthcare projects is a plus.

    + Familiarity with the submittal process, schedules, cost controls, and project management.

    Work Environment

    This position involves working on healthcare projects. The role offers a 12-month consult-to-hire contract with mirrored holiday/vacation benefits and the opportunity to join a well-known mechanical subcontractor with an ESOP program.     Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $43.27/hr.
