Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

The individual working in this position will wear a gown, mask, safety glasses, and hair net to handle, store, transfer, and transport chemical materials used in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This role requires operating equipment within a controlled, clean room-type environment to mix, batch, or reduce bulk products to smaller weights per unit packaged. Operators will adjust equipment based on batch sizes, temperatures, and run times, and follow specific SOPs and work instructions. Responsibilities also include performing routine maintenance on equipment, recording operating data, test results, instrument readings, and managing shipping and receiving paperwork, plant data sheets, environmental reports, inventory sheets, and inspection reports.

Pay: $21-25/hour

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM M-F

Responsibilities

+ Operate equipment in a clean room environment to mix and batch chemical materials.

+ Adjust equipment settings for batch sizes, temperatures, and run times.

+ Follow SOPs and work instructions to ensure safe and efficient operations.

+ Perform routine maintenance on equipment and record operating data.

+ Manage shipping and receiving paperwork, plant data sheets, and reports.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing production environment.

+ 1+ year of experience in a GMP-type environment (food, chemical, medical, etc.).

+ Experience working from work orders.

+ Ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 75 lbs.

+ Solid computer usage skills, including typing, sending emails, and using shipping and inventory software.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.12 - $25.00/hr.
