Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team on the night shift (11 PM - 7 AM) or afternoon shift (3 PM - 11 PM) with opportunities for 10-20 hours of overtime weekly. The position is based in East Canton, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC machining, including operating, editing, changing over, tool changing, and maintaining CNC machinery. The role also involves performing inspections and reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

+ Operate, edit, changeover, and maintain CNC machinery.

+ Perform tool changes and machine maintenance.

+ Read and interpret blueprints for machining tasks.

+ Perform inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

+ Utilize CNC Mills, Manual CNCs, or CNC Grinders (OD/ID) based on experience and strengths.

+ Engage in multi-task machining and simple shop math.

+ Programming and Fanuc experience is a plus.

+ Troubleshoot and perform changeovers on machinery.

Essential Skills

+ 4+ years of CNC machining experience from schooling or work experience.

+ Proficiency in CNC Mills, Manual CNCs, or CNC Grinders (OD/ID).

+ Experience with multi-task machining.

+ Ability to operate, maintain, edit/set up, and perform tool changes on CNC machinery.

+ Basic shop math skills.

+ Ability to read blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Fanuc programming skills.

+ Experience with machine programming.

+ Experience with horizontal boring mills and manual lathes.

+ Ability to perform machine tear-downs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $58240.00/yr.
