Job Description

Seeking a skill automation technician to add to our team in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This technician will be responsible for maintaining automated work cells to minimize downtime and supporting product-specific automated work cells to optimize production.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain and support automated work cells to minimize downtime.

+ Respond to downtime situations promptly to restore machine functionality.

+ Perform preventative maintenance on automated work cells and document maintenance activities.

+ Evaluate and identify potential future maintenance needs and issues.

+ Conduct process verification procedures on automated work cells.

+ Follow process deviation procedures when changing parameters.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in electrical troubleshooting would be an advantage.

+ Experience in hydraulic repair.

+ PLC programming proficiency.

+ Robot programming skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
