**ADP is hiring a Sr. Business Intelligence Developer for the ADP Marketplace organization** .
We’re looking for an experienced business intelligence developer to create reports and dashboards that tell the story of Marketplace. By leveraging our extensive data set we look to uncover actionable insights, drive business decisions, and enable our key stakeholders to make even more data-driven decisions. This is an individual contributor role supporting our Senior Leadership Team including Sales, Operations, Marketing, Partner Management, and Product & Technology.
What you'll do on a typical day and key Responsibilities:
+ Migrate and enhance existing Tableau Visualizations to Power BI serving two goals, understanding our existing data sets and enhancing existing dashboards to meet new requirements
+ Partner with our Data & Insights product team to understand our data sets and data sources
+ Meet with key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Partner Management, and Strategy to understand how to meet their business needs
+ Develop visualizations and generate insights leading to actionable outcomes
+ Become part of the larger ADP BI Reporting working group to leverage existing data and standards within ADP Marketplace
+ Design, develop, and implement intuitive dashboards designed for easy consumption by our business
+ Host learning session with our business partners on how to utilize dashboards with a focus on end-user ease of usability and understanding
+ Identify, interpret, and visualize trends and patterns in complex datasets
+ Excellent communication and story-telling skills with ability to present complex concepts to management, team members and non-technical audiences in a simple, easy to understand way
+ Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
+ Feel very comfortable operating in ambiguity and in a “start-up” environment
+ Proactive self-starter requiring minimal guidance with ability to meet deadlines and operate in a fast-paced environment
**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:** _Required Qualifications_
+ Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Business Analytics, Business Management, Finance, Management Science, Mathematics, or technical/business related fields.
+ 4+ years experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics
+ Advanced proficiency in Power BI (bonus points for Tableau and MS Excel)
+ Experience with relational databases
+ Advanced proficiency in executing ETL processes with little to no supervision using a combination of SQL and Python
+ Experience accessing and working with large data sets and unstructured models
+ Strong business acumen through presentation and visualization skills as well as generating insights
+ Technical expertise in database development, data mining, and segmentation techniques
+ Ability to take in data sets in structured and unstructured formats (JSON, CSV, Structured SQL, documents, etc) and deliver structured outputs
+ This is a hybrid role out of our Alpharetta, GA office.
**BONUS POINTS** : _Preferred Qualifications:_
+ Experience developing ETL pipelines and designing complex data structures
+ Experience with Databricks
+ Experience with Graph Databases
+ Experience with HCM and/or E-Commerce data sets
+ Embedding BI solutions within SaaS products
+ Development experience (javascript, Java, .net, python, etc.)
+ REST and GraphQL APIs
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $61,800.00 - $165,330.00 / Year
