    Production Associate (Operator) $20/hr

    Job Description

    + Safely operate equipment and handle fabricated glass products for various customers and applications.

    + Operate all types of manufacturing equipment, place glass into machinery, and package the final product for customer delivery.

    + Relate effectively to employees at all levels and be sensitive to customer needs, corporate goals, and company reputation.

    + Support production management, minimize waste and downtime, improve daily processes, and streamline workflows.

    + Inspect and detect products for defects, ensuring each customer order is completed safely and timely.

    Essential Skills

    + 1+ years of manufacturing work experience.

    + 1+ years of experience with production equipment/machinery/assembly line.

    + Mechanical aptitude; comfortable with hand and power tools.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Glass manufacturing experience.

    + Forklift operation.

    + Ability to read and follow work instructions.

    + Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and reach as necessary.

    + Willingness to work overtime when needed.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $34528.00 - $38688.00/yr.
