Job Title: Production Technician

$22/hr !! WEEKLY PAY!!!

Responsibilities

+ Ensure the production line runs smoothly for every product during the run.

+ Add and adjust equipment needed for product runs.

+ Stage products and clean/sanitize after each run.

+ Recommend corrections to machines if issues are noticed.

+ Assist and work on the production line during runs.

+ Participate in cross-training activities.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in line setup.

+ Mechanically inclined.

+ Experience with hand tools.

+ Machine operation and adjustments.

+ Line production skills.

+ Technical skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1+ year of experience in machine operation with adjustments, mechanical assembly using hand tools, or mechanical inclination from personal projects (e.g., changing oil).

+ Leadership experience in manufacturing (nice to have, but not mandatory).
