Stabil Drill** is currently seeking a Full-Time **Shop Technician (Night Shift)** to join our team in **Midland, TX.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Dismantle tools, repair, and reassemble for jobs.

+ Assist in loading and unloading equipment while operating a forklift.

+ Responsible for the cleanliness, pressure washing, maintenance and proper disposal of debris on property. Including general shop, breakroom, & cleanup

+ Assist in special projects.

+ Shop organization and supply storage. Including daily and weekly inventory.

+ Receiving and distribution of supplies.

+ Assist with the movement of tools

+ Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on equipment

+ Operate a shop truck for local errands and deliveries.

+ Follow established safety policies and procedures.

+ On a rotation basis, will be required to be on call when scheduled.

+ Ensure full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant company/customer QHSE handbooks, QHSE procedures and emergency procedures.

+ Perform any other delegated duties considered appropriate in order to maintain the efficient running of the department.

Education/Experience:

+ Minimum of one to three years’ experience in a related field preferred.

+ High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) preferred.

+ Certification operating a forklift preferred.

+ Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
