Marketing Clinical Liaison – Pediatric Healthcare

We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional to join our team and help connect children with the rehabilitation services they need. This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical knowledge, sales expertise, and a love of networking in a role that offers both autonomy and teamwork.

Compensation is negotiable and will be determined based on factors such as experience, years of licensure, and relevant skills.

What You'll Do:

+ Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and payors.

+ Represent our pediatric rehabilitation programs in the community and at conferences/events.

+ Conduct clinical screenings to determine eligibility for our services and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

+ Work closely with the Admissions and Clinical Teams to support a smooth intake process.

+ Maintain accurate records of all referral and outreach activities in our systems.

+ Identify regional market needs and provide feedback to help guide program development.

+ Consistently meet or exceed individual and team admissions targets.

+ Travel within the region (and occasionally nationwide) to visit referral sources and perform screenings.

What We're Looking For:

+ Bachelor’s degree required (Rehabilitation, Human Services, or a related field preferred)

+ **2+ years of experience in rehabilitation, therapeutic services, or healthcare sales**

+ **Experience in pediatric healthcare sales is highly preferred**

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ A natural relationship builder who enjoys networking and forming new connections

+ Comfortable working independently while being an active team collaborator

+ Adaptable, organized, and goal-oriented

+ Experience with Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) or Local Management Entities (LMEs) is a plus

+ Project management experience is a bonus

Additional Information:

+ Travel required: Regional (frequent), with occasional national travel

+ Work environment: Field-based with light physical demands
