Job Description
As a valued leader on our team, you will collaborate with management to develop strategic plans for the organization or subunits of the organization to appropriately manage future opportunities or mitigate potential risks

The Workplace Strategy - Strategic Planning - Senior Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
* Oversees team that gathers information from stakeholders about the needs and risks of the organization.
* Manages team efforts to analyze needs and risks of the organization to determine appropriate measures; may assist leadership with implementing changes to process
* Develops strategies for the organization to fulfill needs, mitigate risks, and maximize opportunities.
* Oversees the effectiveness of existing strategies and ensures team is continuously gathers more information; may assist in process improvement of existing strategies
*Minimum Required Experiences*
* 6 years of experience
*Desired Experiences*
* Bachelor degree or equivalent
* Experience leading a highly effective team tasked with managing high-level events and providing white glove service to customers
* Effectively communicate with senior leaders and administrative professionals across the organization
* Develop and present executive-ready slides with structure, clarity, and conciseness
* Develop an overall service program that leverages in-house staff to create a delivery model that spans event priority and complexity
* Develops strategies for the organization to fulfill needs, mitigate risks, and maximize opportunities.
* Assist leadership with implementing changes to processes
* Oversees the effectiveness of existing strategies and ensures team is continuously gathers more information; may assist in process improvement of existing strategies

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
