    this position requires weekends - work schedule is Wednesday - Sunday

    Platinum Parking, a leader in parking management and valet services across the Tampa Bay area, is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-service-oriented individuals to join our team as Parking Supervisor in St. Petersburg, Florida.     About the Role:

    As a Parking Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient parking experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include daily tasks, assisting customers with parking equipment, providing accurate local information, and directing incoming vehicles to appropriate parking spaces within our garages.

    Responsibilities:

    + Process monthly parking forms

    + Complete daily DSR’s

    + Work garages for events

    + Perform weekly site visits

    + Answer calls (from equipment/help button)

    + Assist guests/customers

    + Prepare event calendar

    Requirements:

    + Capable of working in a fast pace environment

    + Must be courteous and friendly with the ability to communicate effectively

    + Be willing to undergo Pre-employment Background and Driver’s record checks

    + Be willing to undergo random drug screenings

    + 1 year customer service preferred

    + Must be a self-starter who is comfortable working alone

    + Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

    + Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

    + Basic understanding of parking operations is a plus.

    Education:

    + High school or equivalent

    Language:

    + English (required)
