Data Entry Associate

Pay Range: $17-20

Description:

+ Performs low-volume data entry (including sales order entry), performs basic management of electronic files, accesses information from a computer and/or maintains a computer database, enters data for envelopes, labels, form letters and correspondence, formats and produces documents, and assists/conducts data field accuracy compliance.

Job Specific Requirements

+ Associates Degree

Job duties:

+ Enter all new sales orders.

+ Make all needed changes to existing sales orders, this includes changing the plant/item cat on an order if expedited shipment is needed.

+ Review automated sales orders for accuracy.

+ Compare new orders to forecast loaded in system to determine order confirmation date.

+ Send order confirmation to CSR.

+ Review and fix price discrepancies on customer PO with account manager.

+ Process contract manufacturing shipments and send documents to CSR and forwarder.

+ Manage open SO report to maintain accuracy.

+ Enter and process consignment orders.

+ Create / change CMIR (customer material info record).

+ Create / change purchase info record and source list.

+ ECN approvals.

+ Clean up invalid purchase requisitions creating demand in different factories.
