Work you'll do

+ Support the annual Employee Climate Survey at a large government agency.

+ Provide support and expertise throughout the survey lifecycle, include survey planning, communications, program management, analysis, reporting, briefings, and ad hoc analysis.

+ Analyze and update scripts for the survey, then conducting the analysis and QC'ing the reporting and briefing decks before they are provided to senior leaders across the agency.

+ Bring ideas to the client to improve and modernize their analytic practices

Qualifications

Required:

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required

+ 4+ years of Human Capital Consulting experience

+ Data analysis and Data Visualization experience

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

+ Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

+ Ability to work fully onsite in Chantilly, VA

+ Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

+ Bachelor's degree with a concentration in I/O psychology

+ Experience supporting Employee Surveys

+ Experience using the following tools for data analysis: Python, R, SPSS, Tableau

+ Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
