We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our dynamic team!

     

    Position Available: Full-time Executive Assistant/Office Manager working from our corporate office in West San Jose

     

    Are you a detail-oriented, solution-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Action Day Schools is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to work directly with the President and Senior Leadership Team in our San Jose corporate office. In this high-impact role, you’ll manage everything from calendars and travel arrangements to office operations, event planning, and special projects.     Make an Impact at the Executive Level:

    + Play a critical role in supporting the President by managing her calendar, travel, and day-to-day priorities

    + Be a trusted partner on high-level projects, studio launches, and strategic initiatives

    + Elevate internal and external engagement through thoughtful event coordination and executive gifting

    + Handle confidential matters with professionalism, becoming a go-to resource for leadership support

    Lead the Heart of Our Office Operations:

    + Take ownership of our office environment, ensuring it runs smoothly, looks great, and supports our culture

    + Build relationships with key vendors and service providers to streamline daily operations

    + Enhance team efficiency by organizing logistics for lunches, meetings, supplies, and systems

    + Create a workspace that reflects our brand and supports our employees’ success

     

    Compensation: $70,000- $80,000/year depending on individual experience and education.

    Requirements

    Our ideal candidate will have:

    + A minimum of a BA/BS degree required

    + At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or related field

    + Possess reliable personal transportation to travel to multiple event locations including our San Jose, Santa Clara, Saratoga, Mountain View, Morgan Hill, and Campbell Schools along with outside venues.

    + Meet the full-time, in-office needs of the role- there is no option for remote work in this position.

    + The ability to anticipate needs and adapt quickly to last-minute changes while keeping the business’s best interests in mind.

    + Demonstrates reliability, a strong work ethic, and a proactive, go-getter attitude.

    + Excellent communication, writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and convey ideas clearly.

    + Willingness to learn and the ability to take initiative

    + Experience in Early Childhood Education, Marketing, Graphic Design, is a plus!
