Top candidates will possess an Arizona business savvy and experience developing successful marketing projects (campaigns, concepts, messaging, and materials) to support a broader marketing strategy.
Candidate should be a collaborative team player, who can reliably demonstrate a high level of creativity and grace under deadline pressure. Selected candidate will enjoy a professional and fun working environment, along with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Essential Functions:
+ Manage marketing and advertising campaigns for assigned business lines from strategy development to deployment and reporting, including but not limited to writing copy, flyer and ad design.
+ Execute marketing plans and marketing projects across all mediums, traditional and digital.
+ Experience in managing high-profile client/executive relationships; comfortable with addressing and presenting in executive meetings.
+ Proactively communicates campaign and project details and milestones to key stakeholders.
+ Controls project efforts to meet project objective and budget. Develops detailed schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Manages project production and vendor relationships.
+ Track key milestones and adjusts plans and/or resources, applying change control procedures.
+ Communicate major milestones and identify potential project risks; conduct regular status meetings to review project activities; manage prioritization and resources.
+ Event marketing and event logistics experience.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience in marketing. Knowledge of financial services industry, advertising copywriting, project management, or other directly related experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
+ Experience in writing copy for multiple medias and formats.
+ Working knowledge of project management, marketing/advertising, banking industry, website marketing and analytics/digital advertising.
+ Event marketing and event management experience.
+ Demonstrated ability to apply marketing concepts to meet business objectives.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams and build effective partnerships across organizational and functional boundaries.
+ High level of initiative, energy, and persistence.
+ Proficient with MS Office.
+ Experience with Adobe product suite preferred.
+ Strong organizational, communication, and process improvement skills.
+ Strong interpersonal/communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
