    Job Description:

    We are seeking experienced and talented Baristas to join our team and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and providing a positive customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks

    + Take and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and supplies

    + Provide a positive customer experience by engaging with customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns

    + Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

    Requirements:

    + At least 1 year of experience as a Barista

    + Knowledge of espresso machines and preparation techniques

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

    + Excellent customer service skills

    + Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

    Pay Rate: $19/hr to $20/hr
