As a Sales Professional – , you’ll be the face of our brand in the community, going door-to-door to offer homeowners free property inspections after storms. You’ll manage the project from initial contact through insurance claims, estimates, and final installation – earning top commissions for every closed deal.

What You’ll Do:

+ Generate leads by knocking doors in storm-affected areas

+ Provide free inspections and educate homeowners on damage and the claims process

+ Manage the project start to finish: inspection, adjuster meetings, approvals, and build

+ Work with estimators and insurance companies to maximize claim value

+ Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the process

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

+ Strong communication and self-motivation

+ Competitive, goal-oriented mindset

+ Ability to work evenings and weekends when homeowners are available

+ Prior experience in roofing, insurance claims, or sales is a plus – but not required

+ Must be comfortable working outdoors and going on roofs
