    What You’ll Do:

    + Provide one-on-one support to youth with cognitive and functional challenges, helping them build essential daily living and behavior management skills.

    + Follow individualized treatment plans focused on developing healthy, age-appropriate behaviors and social skills—at home, at school, and out in the community.

    + Empower youth through consistency, compassion, and positive reinforcement.

    What You’ll Bring:

    + A compassionate and patient demeanor.

    + One of the following educational backgrounds:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent (Ed Tech I)

    + Associate Degree (Ed Tech II)

    + Bachelor’s Degree (Ed Tech III)

    + At least 1 year of experience working with children or youth is a plus—but we value enthusiasm and potential just as much as experience.
