Job Title: Recruiter

Base Salary + Commissions ($80,000-$110,000 year one on target earnings)

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual for the following role:

+ Dynamic Communicator: Must be adept at making numerous phone calls with genuine enthusiasm and energy.

+ Sports Enthusiast: A passion for sports is preferential, but bringing a sports-minded approach to interactions and team spirit is vital.

Responsibilities:

+ Source and manage candidates to meet Ultimate's recruitment objectives.

+ Conduct in-depth research on candidate profiles and development.

+ Analyze market trends to identify new recruitment opportunities.

+ Facilitate meetings with clients to discuss recruitment strategies.

+ Engage in networking events to expand candidate pools.

+ Maintain and update CRM systems with accuracy.

+ Provide timely solutions to enhance client and candidate satisfaction.

+ Prepare and present regular recruitment progress reports.

+ Develop strategies to improve performance and explore growth opportunities.

Requirements:

+ Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
