The Tiffany & Co. Global Store Design team is currently seeking a Temporary Coordinator, Interior Design & Library to support the Interior Design team. The ideal candidate will be able to complete day to day tasks in a fast-paced environment, which include, but are not limited to:

+ Organizing and maintaining the Interiors library.

+ Ordering, tracking, and shipping out samples.

+ Assembling project presentations and the Interiors Standard Guidelines deck.

+ Assisting the team on Research & Development initiatives.

+ Supporting photoshop/renderings tasks.

+ Organizing and maintaining the Interiors team server folders.

+ Researching current luxury design and materials trends.

+ Supporting the Interior Design team on project deliverables, as needed.

Requirements:

+ Experience with library management, materials, and development - specifically in luxury interiors, hospitality, or retail.

+ Basic Mac and Microsoft OS skills

+ AutoCAD

+ Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign…)

+ Sketchup, Rhino, 3D Max, or other rendering programs experience a huge plus.

+ Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

+ Experience working with vendors is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have some interiors experience, specially within retail and residential.

The target rate for this position is $35.00 per hour. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
