About The Acute Rehab Unit

+ The Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit implements a team approach, offering physical, occupational, speech and recreational therapies, social workers and 24-hour rehabilitation nursing care under the direction of a medical director who specializes in rehabilitation. The unit offers comfortable, spacious rooms designed to maximize each patient's rehabilitation potential. Therapy areas are conveniently located within the unit.

About The Career:

+ Organizes, coordinates and expedites the daily management of patients in the department. Assists multi-disciplinary team (including physicians/allied health staff) in coordination and provision of patient care. Assists in staff development and interdepartmental relations. Coordinates and directs work on RN's, LPN's, Technician's, and Volunteers. The RN Supervisor assesses, reassesses and adjusts unit activities throughout the day with the staff nurses to meet ongoing patient and unit needs.

All About You :

+ Current Colorado or compact state RN license or ability to become licensed.

+ Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's, Associated, or Diploma in Nursing.

+ BLS required upon hire.

+ Previous Leadership Experience Preferred.
