    CAE’s Flight Services team is looking for a Summer Intern for a motivated intern to join our team as a Solutions Delivery Intern. This role is essential for ensuring our documentation is accurate, organized, and easily accessible. The intern will work on updating outdated documentation, implementing AI-driven tools, and supporting AI-powered training programs and chatbot implementation. Are you ready to:

     

    + Updating Outdated Documentation: Use AI-driven tools to update and organize extensive documentation, providing quick summaries to make information more accessible.

    + AI-Powered Training Programs: Develop and implement AI-driven training programs based on documentation

    + Chatbot Implementation: Introduce an AI-powered chatbot to assist in retrieving key information and directing team members to appropriate resources for quick issue resolution. Integrate the chatbot with Salesforce for JIRA creation during UAT,

    Our ideal candidate has:

    + Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Writing, or a related field.

    + Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Word)

    + Familiarity with AI tools and technologies.

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Strong organizational and time-management skills.
