    **Pay Range:** $35.00–$42.00/hour based on experience

    **Evening Shift Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM

Join us as a **Structures Technician** on the **Evening Shift** in **Hartford, CT** , where you'll help maintain and modify world-class business jets and mission-specialized aircraft. In this role, your craftsmanship will contribute to the safety, performance, and precision that define elite aviation.

    What You’ll Do:

    As a key member of our maintenance team, you’ll work directly on customer aircraft, performing structural repairs, modifications, and inspections. Your day-to-day will include:

     

    + Troubleshooting and repairing aircraft structures and composite components

    + Fabricating and modifying metal parts per engineering specifications

    + Performing minor and complex repairs—on and off aircraft

    + Conducting hidden damage inspections and documenting work per regulations

    + Supporting mechanical and electrical removals/installations as needed

    + Assisting with aircraft towing, off-site maintenance, and GSE operation

    + Complying with all safety, environmental, and quality policies

    + Participating in continuous improvement and 5S activities

    What You Bring to the Team:

    Required:

    + Training from an aircraft sheet metal technical school or equivalent experience

    + **Minimum 4 years** of experience in corporate aircraft structural repairs or modifications

    + Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation

    + Ability to work safely and efficiently under tight deadlines and in varying conditions

    + Own a complete set of basic hand tools and maintain control/inventory of them

    + Willingness to work **unscheduled overtime, weekends, and holidays**

    + Ability to obtain GSE certifications and, if required, a SIDA badge

    Preferred:

    + A&P, Airframe Certification, or Repairman Certificate

    + Basic PC/computer skills for documentation and compliance tracking
