    Our specialists in internal medicine or “Internists,” have a lengthy clinical and scientific training in their areas of medical interest and special expertise in management of patients with complex, interacting medical conditions. Services include immunization, preventive care and patient education through a long-term personal relationship with their patients. Our caring and professional team also coordinates the efforts of other medical and surgical specialists as needed to assure our patients’ best possible health.

     

    As the Physician Assistant, you will gain invaluable experience and insight as part of our professional physician team while performing a variety of patient care activities related to the diagnosis and treatment of patients in our Internal Medicine department. We are looking for someone motivated and driven, with outstanding patient care and communication skills, ability to work effectively under minimal supervision and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

    **Minimum Qualifications:** Current Hawai‘i Physician Assistant license. Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card. One (1) year experience in area of specialty or successful completion of a specialty specific training program.

    **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in area of specialty.
