    Founded in 1938, Wilcox Medical Center is a not-for-profit medical center dedicated to providing the Kaua‘i community with accessible quality health care.     Patient Services Administration supports the hospital/clinic leadership and is responsible for assigned areas within our flagship Clinical Service Line operations. These areas may include quality and financial performance, marketing strategies, human resource planning, medical staff relationships, and research and education initiatives. The Patient Services Administration team works closely with other health care leadership and staff within Hawai‘i Pacific Health hospitals and clinics to ensure that Clinical Service Line operations are running smoothly. They also provide staffing services for the hospitals and serve the facility with customer service, clinical competency and fiscal responsibility.

     

    If you have excellent organizational and management skills, you can help to ensure that the most compassionate, attentive patient care services are provided across the care continuum. As the House Supervisor, you will be responsible for the delivery of a variety of patient care services during weekend, holiday, evening and night shift hours. You will also be responsible for maintaining operational aspects of the patient care units in collaboration with other service areas. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of quality patient care and customer service who shares our commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

    **Minimum Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Current Hawai‘i Registered Nurse License. Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card. Three (3) years clinical experience with concentration in area of specialty. One (1) year charge nurse or related experience.

    **Preferred Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in nursing, health care administration, or related field.
