    We are looking for a seasoned OTR Commercial Tire Technician. Candidate must have at least 3 years of OTR experience operating an OTR boom truck (TIA and ETS certification a plus). Experience with small, large and industrial OTR tires required. Generous pay and benefits package.

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum of three years’ experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial vehicles in a shop, fleet or roadside assistance

    + Capability of independently analyzing and safely resolving problems

    + Capacity to demonstrate technical knowledge of commercial vehicles, equipment, materials methods, and tools to perform, prioritize and complete work

    + Prior knowledge of tire related equipment and tools a plus

    + Valid CDL Class B/A Driver’s license required.

    + Tire mount/dismount experience

    + No DWI convictions within the past four years

    + No more than one moving violation AND/OR fault accident in the last three years

    + Must have clean MVR, Drug Test, pass DOT physical and background.

    + Have a high school diploma.

    Job Description:

    + Performs commercial tire service.

    + Shall be consistently capable of independently analyzing and safely resolving problems.

    + Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

    + Ability to work nights and weekends on occasion

    + Knowledge in the safe operation of all garage tools, diagnostic equipment, lifts, hoists and jacking equipment.

    + Ability to Identify and obtain necessary replacement parts as needed to execute repairs.

    + Ability to read, understand and interpret technical data via instruction manuals.

    + Respond quickly to dispatches and provide fast, friendly and professional service.

    + Work independently but must be willing assist others.

    + Communicate with customers and dispatch.

    + Work volume is unpredictable so must be able to respond to work when it comes in and remain on-call over extended periods of time.

    + Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.

    + Flexibility in schedule.

    + Minimum 21 years of age.
