    The **Mission and Ethics Fellowship Program** at BayCare offers a two-year, customized learning experience with a focus on practical, hands-on development through "learning by doing." The program is designed to prepare fellows to excel as leaders in the field of Mission and Ethics. It combines individualized learning with real-world application, aligning with both the needs of the BayCare Mission and Ethics Division and the fellow's unique goals and areas for growth in mission and ethics.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + **To be eligible, candidates must have a master’s degree in a related field (Theology, Philosophy, etc.) , as well as a minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in areas such as healthcare mission, ethics, spiritual care, faith formation, or social services.**

    Preferred:

    + Minimum of 5 years Healthcare experience
