What You'll Be Doing

+ Operate pit loader to load aggregates into haul trucks and feed hoppers.

+ Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.

+ Assist with plant operations and maintenance as needed.

+ Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.

+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

What Are We Looking For

+ Proficiency in operating heavy equipment, particularly loaders.

+ Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.

+ Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment.

+ Effective communication and teamwork skills.

+ Adaptability to work in various weather conditions and environments.

Conditions of Employment

+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
