Job Description

We're looking for a Production Coordinator to support Fortnites Item Shop operations. As a Production Coordinator, you will work closely with our Product Management team to provide them with exceptional administrative support. You will own coordination of our Item Shop scheduling, asset tracking, implementation of Item Shop assets, and be a liaison between our development teams and other Epic groups such as Legal, Art, and Publishing.

Coordination and facilitation of recurring Item Shop operations meetings including display asset and cosmetic reviews, product and publishing syncs

Providing note taking, organization, and follow-ups from meetings

Development tracking support - bug bids, JIRA triage and burndown support

Facilitate the ideation and implementation of the ongoing Item Shop schedule by working in-engine with Product Management and QA.

Work with Implementation and Artists to request, track, and implement Shop assets

Large volume content tracking and clearance across Epic groups including Legal, Localization, and Publishing

Work with Publishing and Marketing to support ongoing Fortnite Crew updates.

Supports administrative work required to support data encryption and prevent data mining

Skills and Requirements

Excellent interpersonal communication skills - written and verbal

Detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

Familiarity with JIRA, Google Docs/Sheets, Slack, and Zoom preferred

Experience in Unreal Engine (or similar game engine experience) is a plus

Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus null
