We’re building a next-generation platform that blends competitive gaming with social interaction, creating immersive experiences for a global community. Our team is made up of passionate engineers, designers, and gamers who are driven by creativity, innovation, and a shared love of games.

     

    We’re looking for a **Lead Full Stack Engineer** to join us at a pivotal moment. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of critical technology decisions, shape our platform from the ground up, and grow into a senior leadership role within the engineering team.

    What You'll Do:

    + Lead the development of new features and architecture across our full stack (React + TypeScript on the frontend, Node.js on the backend)

    + Collaborate closely with product designers, game developers, and other engineers to deliver highly interactive web experiences

    + Own technical decision-making and help shape our engineering culture and best practices

    + Ensure performance, scalability, and security as we scale our platform to thousands of concurrent users

    + Mentor junior developers and help grow the team

    You're a Great Fit If You:

    + 5+ years of full stack development experience, ideally at a start-up or fast-growing tech company

    + Are fluent in **React, TypeScript** , and **Node.js**

    + Know how to design and consume RESTful or GraphQL APIs

    + Have strong experience with modern CI/CD workflows, testing, and deployment strategies

    + Are excited about gaming, community platforms, or interactive real-time systems

    + Thrive in fast-moving environments and aren’t afraid to wear multiple hats

    Bonus Points:

    + Experience with WebSockets, multiplayer game logic, or real-time infrastructure

    + Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

    + Passion for competitive gaming or experience in the game development ecosystem
