Short term position May 19- August 30, 2025. Our client, a leading manufacturing facility, in the Roxboro, NC area is seeking a Clerical Administrator to join their team. You will be part of the administrative support team, working closely with the Plant Manager and staff. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.
**Job Title:** Clerical Admin.
**Location:** Semora, NC
**Pay Range:** $25 per hour
What's the Job?
+ Serve as the first point of contact for the facility.
+ Perform various administrative duties to support plant operations.
+ Maintain communication systems and office equipment.
+ Coordinate local purchase orders and manage vendor visits.
+ Compile and process confidential reports for various departments.
What's Needed?
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ 2 – 4 years of general office or related experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
