    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA services for children and families impacted by autism and other developmental disabilities.

     

    As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and ensure high-quality, client-centered care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments

    + Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans

    + Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and behavior technicians

    + Analyze data and make clinical decisions based on objective evidence

    + Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other service providers

    + Maintain clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress reports

    + Uphold BACB standards and ethical guidelines in all service delivery

    Qualifications:

    + Active BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board

    + Virginia State licensure

    + 1–2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders

    + Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based environment
