    JOB SUMMARY

    Job Profile Summary

    Manage and coordinate the construction and installation of plant, pipeline and station facilities, meter stations, O&M projects, and capital projects in accordance with Company policies/procedures and required regulations.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities

    + Manage construction and installation of plant, pipeline and station facilities

    + Interact and communicate with customers, vendors, contractors, surveyors, NDT personnel, regulatory agencies and the public

    + Manage the construction execution team to complete projects on time and on budget

    + Participate in the preparation of construction estimates and AFE’s

    + Complete regular accounting/finance functions such as cost forecasts and accruals

    + Prepare bid packages, show jobs, analyze and award bids

    + Procure construction materials

    + Plan and coordinate construction job assignments for inspectors

    + Closeout projects to have all required documentation, reports, and construction information

    + Perform duties independently with minimal supervision

    Education

    + High School Diploma or GED, required

    Work Experience

    + 5+ years’ experience in the construction of plant and station facilities, gas pipelines, and related appurtenances REQUIRED

    + Requires experience and/or training related to:

    + Transmission/gathering pipeline operations

    + Cathodic protection

    + Compression

    + Safety

    + Right-of-way

    + Regulation and measurement

    + Capital and O&M budgets

    + Company/governmental regulations

    + ASME B31,3, B31.4, B31.8

    + ASME BPVC Section IX

    + API 1104

    + CFR Title 49 Part 192 and 195

    + Experience with construction and/or maintenance project and knowledge of project execution

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    + Knowledge and understanding of the required design and welding codes.

    + Knowledge and understanding of construction codes and regulations

    + Ability to read and comprehend plant, pipeline, and station drawings, piping diagrams, alignments sheets and P & ID's.

    + Ability to: effectively interface and advise with internal and external business partners at all levels, including management, with excellent written and oral interpersonal communication skills

    + Ability to: research, compose, reconcile, and prepare reports, invoices, studies, and correspondence applicable to position.

    + Ability to: achieve goals and coach for employee/team strengths, exhibiting a positive example and influence that leads to employee and project successes

    + Ability to: developing information and conduct group and individual presentations and facilitate meetings.

    + Ability to: monitor operations and situations to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.

    + Ability to: read and interpret manuals, policies, procedures, permits, governmental regulations, engineering plans, maps, job specifications, reports, and correspondence.

    + Ability to: mentor as a subject matter expert
