    Tioga Downs is hiring a Shift Leader to join our growing Dunkin' team. $16.50/hour PLUS Tips!!

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous service to guests in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards.

    + Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members

    + Support the training of crew members as requested

    + Provide great guest service, resolving guest issues while being polite and respectful

    + Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed

    + Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with local and state laws

    + Manage cash over/short during shift

    + Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

    + High School diploma or GED required.

    + Previous Food Service experience highly preferred

    + Demonstrated ability to deliver an exceptional guest experience

    + Experience training, coaching, or leading small groups is a plus!

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

    The Associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.

     

    Dunkin' operates between 5:30AM - 2AM, 7 days per week. Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays may be necessary for this position.
