Senior Decision Support Analyst- Financial Operations

Work hours: Full Time 40 Hours Weekly

Here’s What You Need
+ Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance, or other business related is required
+ 3 Years Finance healthcare experience is required and
+ 1 Year Decision support experience is preferred
+ CPA - Certified Public Accountant Upon Hire is preferred Or
+ Other Clinical Certification Upon Hire is preferred Or
+ Strong PC literacy with full suite of Microsoft Office applications, including Access. Prefer experience with relational database technology.
What You Will Do
+ Perform data modeling and data analysis using statistical techniques.
+ Analyze variances reported in order to identify the causes and implications of said variances.
+ Establish data accuracy and validity derived from a variety of systems.
+ Work with ITS and other personnel to ensure proper utilization of data.
+ Develop and lead training programs for new and current users of decision support system.
