    OVERVIEW

    We are currently seeking a Safety Administrator for our 183 N Mobility project, in Austin, TX.

     

    The Safety Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to a Project, Regional or Service Group office. Construction office assistants provide customer service and support to the project team, as well as other vendors and subcontractors.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Provides general administrative support; duties may include following:

    + Receive, sort, scan, and file all required safety documentation.

    + Monitor the incident folder and maintain the incident tracker by:

    + Entering new incident data

    + Generating bar charts, pie charts, and statistical reports as requested

    + Ensure safety form bins are stocked with blank, up-to-date forms for supervisor use.

    + Provide support in scheduling safety events and training sessions.

    + Assist in the creation, revision, and formatting of safety forms and documents.

    + Support the management of third-party auto damage claims.

    + File medical paperwork and help track employee medical appointments.

    + Monitor and verify LYTX event data for accuracy and follow-up.

    + Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Senior HSE Manager.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + High school diploma or GED required

    + Associates degree or some administrative training is a plus

    + 1 year of experience in an office setting

    + At least 1 year of relevant experience

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    + Ability to take direction and prioritize responsibilities

    + Solid written and verbal communication skills

    + Ability to maintain discretion at all times

    + Proficient with MS Office Programs
