Description

We are looking for a bilingual Spanish Legal Counsel to join an inhouse legal team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal support across various practice areas, aligning with the overall legal strategy set by senior leadership. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your legal expertise while contributing to a high-energy, international team.

• Collaborate with attorneys in the legal department to deliver consistent, high-quality legal support.

• Provide legal counsel to assigned business units on a diverse range of legal matters.

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts related to hardware sales, software licensing, development, and other relevant services.

• Support management, sales, and contract administration teams by addressing legal issues within the assigned geography.

• Advise business partners on corporate law, contract law, and other business-related legal matters.

• Draft and negotiate vendor agreements, licensing arrangements, and other contractual documents.

• Offer legal guidance on marketing initiatives, litigation responses, and various legal challenges.

• Participate actively in global legal forums to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Develop and deliver legal training sessions to business teams to enhance compliance and understanding.

• Uphold ethical standards and integrate quality systems into all legal functions.

Requirements • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.

• A minimum of two years of experience practicing law, preferably in corporate or contract law.

• Demonstrated expertise in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts.

• Solid understanding of corporate and business law principles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in an international, high-energy legal team.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
