Description

Multi-Billion dollar global manufacturer based in Secaucus seeks Senior Accounting Manager to join tenured team. This is a newly created role as a result of company growth. The Senior Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing accounting operations, general accounting and financial reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate financial information in accordance with US GAAP.

Key duties include:

+ Managing corporate accounting team, preparing consolidated financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and handling ad hoc management requests.

+ The Senior Accountant should be a CPA and have a mix of public and private accounting experience, prior experience working in a large manufacturing company.

+ 3+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity is required.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is required.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within accounting.

• Proven background in both public and private accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

• Proficiency with accounting software systems, including ERP platforms, BlackLine, and Concur.

• Strong understanding of U.S. accounting standards and compliance requirements.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

• Effective communication and leadership skills to manage a team and collaborate cross-functionally.

• Familiarity with ADP and financial services tools is a plus.
