Hybrid Performance Marketing Manager (Meta Ads Focus) - Atlanta, GA or Miami, FL
Are you a results-driven social media marketing expert with a knack for turning ad spend into significant revenue? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where budget management and performance metrics are key? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Hybrid Performance Marketing Manager in either vibrant Atlanta, GA, or sunny Miami, FL!
In this dedicated performance marketing role, you'll be instrumental in driving brand awareness and sales growth through strategic and hands-on management of our Meta advertising efforts. You'll be joining a dynamic team and will have a direct impact on the success of our direct-to-consumer (D2C) channel.
What You'll Do:
+ Strategize, implement, and meticulously manage paid social media campaigns, primarily on the Meta platform (Facebook and Instagram).
+ Take ownership of a significant annual advertising budget, including one brand with a $1.4 million annual spend and fluctuating monthly allocations.
+ Analyze campaign performance, identify key insights, and implement data-backed optimizations to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and achieve revenue targets.
+ Collaborate closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies and ensure consistent brand messaging.
+ Monitor and strive to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS and efficiency ratio (ERS), with an understanding of targets around the 20% ERS mark or the need to increase ROAS.
+ Quickly integrate into our existing brand strategy and contribute your expertise to elevate our performance marketing efforts.
Requirements
What You'll Bring:
+ Proven experience in social media performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising.
+ A solid track record of managing substantial advertising budgets (ideally exceeding $500k annually, but we're open to considering candidates with slightly lower budgets from high-variance sectors).
+ Experience working with ecommerce or apparel brands, or other industries with significant fluctuations in demand and marketing needs, is highly desirable.
+ Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, creative optimization, and reporting.
+ Familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, ERS, CPA, and conversion rates, and a demonstrated ability to improve these metrics.
+ A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
+ The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new brand guidelines and strategies.
Bonus Points For:
+ Experience with D2C marketing strategies focused on brand awareness.
+ Familiarity with the Amazon advertising platform (though a dedicated team member currently manages this).
