Requirements

+ User-Centered Design Expertise: A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, including user research, persona creation, and journey mapping

+ Proficiency with UX Design Tools: Advanced skills in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, InVision, or similar

+ Strong Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a range of user-friendly, visually compelling designs and successful projects from concept to implementation

+ Wireframing and Prototyping: Experience creating detailed wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that articulate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders

+ Usability Testing: Skill in conducting usability tests, analyzing findings, and improving designs based on data-driven insights

+ Responsive & Accessibility Design: A solid understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (such as WCAG), ensuring inclusivity across platforms

+ Collaboration and Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing professionals

+ Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus to better communicate with development teams
