Our Community Habilitation team is looking for compassionate go-getters who are ready to make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities-while having some serious fun doing it.

• What You'll Be Doing

+ Teaming up with individuals to complete daily tasks and build life skills

+ Getting out into the community for shopping, volunteering, and more

+ Encouraging independence, building confidence, and being a cheerleader (sometimes literally)

+ Helping folks navigate life's adventures, big and small-with compassion and a sense of humor

• We're Looking For Someone Who:

+ Believes everyone deserves to live their best life

+ Has a valid driver's license and a sense of direction (GPS skills help too)

+ Has reliable transportation to get to work and into the community

+ Is reliable, upbeat, and flexible

+ Can lift, support, and problem-solve with empathy and enthusiasm
