Adecco Creative and Marketing is seeking a licensed **Nail Evaluator** to join our Test Salon in Calabasas. In this role, you will perform nail services, test products, and provide critical feedback to our Research & Development team. Your expertise will help refine and improve industry-leading products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

_Pay rate $24hr_

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform manicures and pedicures on volunteer testers, following detailed protocols.

+ Evaluate various nail products, including gels, lacquers, dipping powders, and acrylics.

+ Document procedures, collect data, and provide detailed feedback on product performance.

+ Manage volunteer schedules and coordinate testing priorities.

+ Offer professional insights from a nail technician’s perspective to enhance product development.

+ Stay informed on industry trends and competitive product offerings.

+ Collaborate with the Research & Development team to test and refine new innovations.

Qualifications

+ **Licensed Manicurist with the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.**

+ Minimum of one year of experience as a Nail Technician or Manicurist.

+ Experience with a range of salon services, including lacquer, gel polish, dipping powder, hard gel, liquid, and powder acrylic systems.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to provide clear, professional feedback.

+ Passion for nail care and a deep understanding of industry trends.

**Pay Details:** $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
