Asphalt Sales Representative
**Compensation:** $55,000 – $85,000 per year (Base Salary) + Commission (1% of Gross Sales) + Company Vehicle
**Adecco Permanent Recruitment** has partnered with our client in the **Construction Industry** to recruit an experienced **Asphalt Sales Representative** for a full-time opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization that provides comprehensive parking lot maintenance and paving services across Oakland County and surrounding areas.
About the Role
The Asphalt Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by cultivating client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and representing a full suite of asphalt and concrete maintenance services—including striping, patching, crack filling, seal coating, and more.
Key Responsibilities
+ Build and manage a portfolio of new and existing clients across commercial, municipal, and industrial sectors
+ Conduct site visits and assessments to determine client needs and provide accurate recommendations
+ Prepare and present customized proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals
+ Achieve or exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry engagement
+ Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
+ Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and market dynamics
Qualifications
+ Proven sales experience, preferably in the asphalt, construction, or related industries
+ Knowledge of parking lot maintenance and asphalt services is highly preferred
+ Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
+ Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities
+ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed
**Pay Details:** $55,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
